At Diligent Fingers, we are committed to delivering efficient, high-quality Virtual Assistant services tailored to your business needs. To ensure transparency and a seamless working relationship, please review our service policies below:

Refunds are available only on unused hours.  To initiate a refund request, please contact us at support@diligentfingers.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Name] 

We understand that business needs can fluctuate. To offer flexibility, any unused service hours from your package will roll over for up to three (3) months from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining hours will expire and cannot be reclaimed.

Our services are based on prepaid packages. Once the hours in your current package have been completed, a new package must be purchased to continue any ongoing or future projects.

We will notify you when your remaining hours are low, allowing you to renew your package in advance and avoid any interruptions in service.

Our Virtual Assistants are available from Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.

We acknowledge all client requests within 24 hours of receipt. Tasks will be prioritized and completed in a timely manner based on the agreed-upon timeline.
